MPT, Medical Properties Trust Inc.

We are a self-advised REIT formed in 2003 to acquire and develop net-leased healthcare facilities.

Model facilitates acquisitions and recapitalizations, and allows operators of healthcare facilities to serve their communities by unlocking the value of their real estate assets to fund facility improvements, technology upgrades, and other investments in operations.

The market for healthcare real estate is extensive and includes real estate owned by a variety of healthcare operators.
